Kool Kidz Childcare

My daughter went to this Childcare starting early last year. At the beginning, it was a good care until they change to new management (Paul & Kathy) late last year.Like the other reviewer said, the service went downhill. They cut down lots of great staff and to make even ratio of their staff member, they took a part and involved in the room, it's just nightmare! I felt since they took over, my daughter was neglected, just like other reviewer, I had the same experience with my daughter, the staff lost her shoes when I picked her up and they couldn't find them anywhere and my daughter played outside without the shoes on! How was that possible? The staff offered me to buy a new shoes for my daughter but that's not the point!! They should have taken care my daughter well while she was on their care! As a parent, I had a feeling there was something wrong after the new owner took over, every time I picked up my daughter, the staff looked very stress and did not look happy at all, it made me really concern. Dealing with this owner with ongoing issues, it's like talking to a brick wall and they are just so defensive and I feel that the new owner especially Paul was trying so hard to make the parents like them but there was no action for them to prove it. Their fees are not cheap and it just not worth it with the service they provided. I couldn't take it anymore with their level of service and I'm so glad that I moved my Daughter now to other carer early this year.

Updated- Paul & Kathy claimed that they have responded to my feedback but they actually have not! Neglected our feedback just like they neglected our child!
